Safety in an AGV rollout does not end with vehicle parameters. The way traffic is organized, how transfer points are marked and how people behave in the same space often has a greater influence on the final risk profile.
That is why a serious deployment includes process analysis, route logic, clear rules for operator interaction and preparation of the site before the first productive trips start. This is especially important in mixed environments with manual forklifts and pedestrians.
When safety is designed as part of the process rather than added at the end, the rollout becomes easier to stabilize and easier to scale.
